At TWP we believe in putting our customers first, it’s really important to us that you’re happy with your TWP apparel, however if you receive an order that you are unhappy with please read below.

TWP must be notified of any order discrepancies within 14 days receipt of order. TWP will not take any responsibility after 14 days, in this time the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition received.

Final confirmation on all orders and artwork is the customers responsibility.

As a majority of TWP’s apparel is custom made, TWP cannot exchange garments.

If you do receive apparel which differs from your original order, or the garment has a fault, please contact us immediately, and one of our experienced team members will assess and assist you with the quickest and best outcome.
